On Sunday, 28th August 2005, the conclusion of the second Cinemaiyat took place with the announcement of the winners of the Golden Apple Awards 2005 for the best short film made by a Lebanese undergraduate. Over the four days of the festival, the competition’s jury viewed twenty-three films.
